The grant has been awarded. Now the collaboration begins.

Partners do what the set-up asks of them. Give every result an owner, and the energy of the start lasts, shared across more shoulders than those of one person who keeps pulling.

1. The collaboration design. For each work package: who delivers what, when, and how the evidence builds up along the way.
2. Erasmus+ from proposal to report. Advice on KA220 partnerships: forming the partnership, keeping the Beneficiary Module up to date, writing the interim and final report.
3. KA2: LeX as partner or coordinator. In cooperation partnerships we bring project management, reporting and our own expertise, and we help write the proposal. Around education, AI and learning together.
4. KA1: LeX as expert in training courses. For teachers and school leaders from across Europe we deliver training courses and masterclasses, for example on AI agents in schools and Agile in Education.
5. Erasmus+ OID. LeX Consultancy B.V. is registered under E10311166. Everything for Erasmus+ partners
6. The infrastructure. A website and a community platform built to measure, like the hub of the Limburg AI Netwerk (Limburg AI Network).

Reporting works when it is part of the work from the first month. At the final report you then collect evidence that is already there.
