The grant has been awarded. Now the collaboration begins.
We help partners in regional and European networks deliver what they promised together, from proposal to final report.
Collaboration is design.
Partners do what the set-up asks of them. Give every result an owner, and the energy of the start lasts, shared across more shoulders than those of one person who keeps pulling.
- The collaboration design. For each work package: who delivers what, when, and how the evidence builds up along the way.
- Erasmus+ from proposal to report. Advice on KA220 partnerships: forming the partnership, keeping the Beneficiary Module up to date, writing the interim and final report.
- An expert role in the consortium. On our own themes: AI agents in schools, Group Concept Mapping and transition, the Agile Learning Model, personal learning.
- The infrastructure. A website and a community platform built to measure, like the hub of the Limburg AI Netwerk (Limburg AI Network).
Reporting works when it is part of the work from the first month. At the final report you then collect evidence that is already there.
LeX works with consultants and developers who know the field. Guido van Dijk, director, holds final responsibility and is your point of contact.
Where roles meet
- Guido van Dijk has worked on Erasmus+ projects since 2017 as an employee of the Dutch school board SOML, among other things as coordinator. That is his career and SOML’s work, not LeX’s. LeX offers the knowledge, not those projects.
- Since December 2025 he has been President of CRES (opens in a new window), a European association based in Rome. LeX also builds the CRES community platform, and does not use that network to find assignments.
- LeX is a member and board member of the cooperative behind the Limburg AI Netwerk, and built its website and hub.

- Engagement LeX as partner or expert in your project, or as support for the proposal and its reporting.
Is this a fit?
- You want a partner who stays after the award, not only someone who writes the proposal.
- You want real expertise in the consortium, not another country on the partner list.
- The project touches our themes. STEAM, sustainability or general digital skills we leave to partners who are stronger there.
- A collaboration design takes four to six weeks. We take on a limited number of these roles each year.
