LeX Consultancy is a Dutch education partner from Limburg, in the Meuse-Rhine Euroregion. We bring people together across the whole education chain, and challenge, inspire and encourage them, until learning becomes an experience that lasts.
In an Erasmus+ partnership we bring three things:
- Educational design rooted in the Agile Learning Model: conceptual, pedagogical and didactic.
- Our own network tool that connects partners, teachers and learners, also after the project.
- Experience and network: project management, writing proposals and reports, and finding partners through CRES.

Design
Rooted in the Agile Learning Model
Our conceptual, pedagogical and didactic foundation is the Agile Learning Model: a learning cycle that starts with curiosity and ends in a Learning Xperience that lasts. The learner is at the centre, the teacher coaches. This is how we design curricula, training and learning activities for a partnership.
Network
A partnership that finds each other
With our own network tool a partnership sees who stands close to whom, across partners, teachers and learners. It suggests unexpected connections between countries and themes, and shows early who is drifting away. That keeps a project community alive, also after the project.

In cooperation partnerships we bring the educational design, the network tool, project management and reporting, and we help write the proposal.
Expert in training courses
For teachers and school leaders from across Europe we deliver training courses and masterclasses: Agile in Education, AI agents in schools and building learning networks.
Our director is President of CRES (opens in a new window), a growing European network of 34 organisations in 17 countries. There we help partners find each other; LeX does not recruit assignments there.
