The Limburg AI Netwerk (Limburg AI Network) is a regional learning network on AI in Limburg, in the south of the Netherlands, since March 2026.

With whom
The network belongs to Coöperatie Leernetwerk Limburg U.A., a cooperative owned jointly by its members. LeX Consultancy is a member, and therefore a co-owner, and formally sits on the board of the cooperative. Guido van Dijk, director of LeX, acts there on behalf of LeX.
Role of LeX. Two roles, and we keep them apart. As a board member, LeX helps shape the direction and the membership model. As a builder, LeX made the website and the hub (opens in a new window): the network’s community platform, built to measure. Members sign up and pay online, register for events and choose their sessions, and find each other through a member map, a chat and an opportunities board for projects and calls. A web shop for merchandise is part of it. The hub also contains LeX’s network tool, which shows who stands close to whom.
Where roles meet. Anyone who both governs and builds sits on both sides of the table. That is why we name it here separately and not as an ordinary assignment.
Result
What it delivers
A network with its own website, its own hub and a web shop. A network without its own infrastructure depends on the inbox of whoever is pulling it. Members need a place to go, and that place has to keep working when the person pulling it is unavailable.
