ConceptAtlas
ConceptAtlas is LeX’s own platform for Group Concept Mapping: a method in which a group maps for itself how it sees an issue.

How it works
Participants respond to one focus question, group each other’s statements and rate them. ConceptAtlas calculates a map from this. How that runs in an engagement, phase by phase, is set out under Education transition and organisational design.
Where it comes from. In his master’s thesis (Business Process Management and IT, Open Universiteit, 2021), Guido van Dijk, director of LeX, examined what makes the difference when schools move to a different learning concept. He used Group Concept Mapping to do so. LeX then developed the method into a tool of its own. From research to tool: that is the line under our transition advice.
Role of LeX. Developer and owner. ConceptAtlas is a trade name of LeX Consultancy B.V., has existed since 2026 and runs on servers in the Netherlands.
Result
What it delivers
A map that comes from your own organisation, not from a consultant’s head. That matters. A map shows where the organisation shapes the behaviour, and so where a new design opens the most room. The conversation turns to the design, not to people. In a LeX transition engagement, ConceptAtlas is the tool, not a product you buy separately. In 2026-2027 LeX takes on the first engagements with ConceptAtlas.
