Your people make the map themselves. ConceptAtlas is LeX’s own platform for Group Concept Mapping: a group maps together how it sees an issue.

How it works
Participants respond to one focus question. Then they group and rate each other’s statements. ConceptAtlas calculates a map from this. Everyone recognises their own words in it, and sees at the same time how the others look at it.
Where it comes from. From Guido van Dijk’s master’s thesis on the move to a different learning concept; LeX developed the method into a tool of its own.
Role of LeX. Developer and owner, since 2026, on servers in the Netherlands.
Result
What it delivers
A map from your own organisation, not from a consultant’s head. It shows where a new design opens the most room. The conversation turns to the design, not to people. And the people who made the map carry the next step themselves.
In a LeX transition engagement, ConceptAtlas is the tool. In 2026-2027 LeX takes on the first engagements with ConceptAtlas.
