AI agent guides

The same six agents, built in four environments: Dify, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini. A prospectus assistant, a parent letter assistant, a test week planner, a learning material check, a study coach and a minutes assistant. Five series in total, because the Dify series exists in Dutch and in English: Dify (English) (opens in a new window), Dify (Dutch) (opens in a new window), Microsoft 365 Copilot (opens in a new window), ChatGPT (opens in a new window) and Gemini (opens in a new window) (all in Dutch except the first). All examples are set in a fictional school, Het Voorbeeldcollege.

In English. The Dify series is fully available in English. The Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini series are in Dutch; the agents and the structure are the same, so a partner can follow the English series and apply it to the other platforms.

The series come with session plans for a talk, a session and a workshop, and with appendices on limits, the GDPR and the AI Act. Those limits are there on purpose. An agent you cannot explain to a parent does not belong in your school.

Why four platforms. The choice of platform follows the school, not the other way round. A school with Microsoft 365 learns it there. A school with Google Workspace for Education learns it in Gemini. A guide that first requires a new tool steers the school instead of helping it.
