No packages, no price list. Every assignment starts from your question, in a fixed order, so you always know where you stand.
You will hear from us within two working days. The first conversation is free of charge and takes an hour, on site or online. If another party fits better, we say so.
What the proposal contains
Within five working days of the conversation, on two pages at most:
- your question, as you put it to us;
- our approach;
- what you get;
- who does the work, and who holds final responsibility;
- the planning;
- what your organisation does itself;
- the price, excluding VAT;
- the conditions: validity, payment term and cancellation.
We only start after your written agreement: a signed proposal or a confirming email. If your question changes along the way, you first receive an adjusted proposal. We close with an evaluation: what has changed, and what is still open? That is where the next step begins.
